Fashion Anarchy kicked off its first event on May 9th. The event had over 150 attendees enjoying cocktails, touring Stevens - The Institute of Business and Arts, eating appetizers from The Last Hotel and mingling with the who’s who of the fashion industry. Fashion Anarchy Judges crowned Barbara Bultman (/www.barbarabultman.com) the winner of The Garment District Past, Amanda Casarez (www.amandacasarez.com/) as the winner of The Garment District Present Day and Courtney Tharpe (https://instagram.com/courtneytharpe) as winner of The Garment District Future.
The Final Challenge: The winner from each preliminary challenge will go head-to-head in the final challenge. Designers will design inside the lobby of the hotel with the help from Fashion Camp students from Saint Louis Fashion Fund. Audiences will have a chance to see the designers create in person, via live social media or by looking through the window of the hotel.
The event runs from 5:30PM to 11:00PM at The Last Hotel. Event includes a A VIP reception and a VIP afterparty. Event and ticket information can be found here: https://fashionanarchy.eventbrite.com

WE’RE BAAAAACK!!!
Much like the poltergeist from the feature film Poltergeist 2, in person events are back! Because scheduling is scary enough, Silver Space is here to help. Behold, our virtual baby - The Events Calendar - revived by popular demand. Here you can find out when the next gallery opening is, where you can hear free artist talks, and even what you missed out on because you didn’t check the calendar like you should have in the first place. Shame!
If you have an exhibition, event, artist talk, opening, or something tangentially associated, email marinam@silverspacestl.com and we’ll do our best to get you on!
