Art, music and a peek into the gardens of STL’s oldest neighborhood. What more could you want on a Saturday afternoon in June? The 2017 Soulard Art in the Garden Tour will take place on Saturday, June 24th from 9am-3pm. Eight Soulard homeowners are opening their gardens to the public, and each garden will host local musicians and artists. Throughout the day the artists will create original works of art inspired by the gardens they are in.
The tour is self-guided, but it begins and concludes at the Soulard Station (1911 S. 12th St). The Soulard Station will also be hosting live music, and visitors are free to purchase a beverage to enjoy in the wine garden. Pieces of art created by the featured artists will be available for viewing.
All proceeds go to the Beautification Committee of SRG. The SRG has played a key role in making Soulard the attractive neighborhood that it is today. Tickets are $15 per person, available online or may be purchased day-of at Soulard Station.

WE’RE BAAAAACK!!!
Much like the poltergeist from the feature film Poltergeist 2, in person events are back! Because scheduling is scary enough, Silver Space is here to help. Behold, our virtual baby - The Events Calendar - revived by popular demand. Here you can find out when the next gallery opening is, where you can hear free artist talks, and even what you missed out on because you didn’t check the calendar like you should have in the first place. Shame!
If you have an exhibition, event, artist talk, opening, or something tangentially associated, email marinam@silverspacestl.com and we’ll do our best to get you on!
