Make a night of it! On the first Friday of every month, museums and galleries in Grand Center Arts District are free and open until 9pm. Discover the remarkable array of visual arts in St. Louis's premier neighborhood for arts and culture while enjoying cocktails, conversation, and entertainment.
Each month, select galleries will host unique events in honor of First Fridays. In addition, some galleries may be closed due to exhibition installations. See special events, after party information, and notes below.
NEW FOR 2019:
KDHX presents First Friday DJ Spin as a new addition to First Fridays in Grand Center! Bring your own music to share, listen and drink during happy hour starting at 4 PM. Guest DJs spinning from 7 to 10 PM. The March 1st event features Ken Dussold & Jim Crandall mixing live at the bar at KDHX. For more information, kdhx.org.

Much like the poltergeist from the feature film Poltergeist 2, in person events are back! Because scheduling is scary enough, Silver Space is here to help. Behold, our virtual baby - The Events Calendar - revived by popular demand. Here you can find out when the next gallery opening is, where you can hear free artist talks, and even what you missed out on because you didn’t check the calendar like you should have in the first place. Shame!
